At Blooming Unreal, we take great care in crafting and packaging our artificial wreaths to ensure they reach you in perfect condition.
We hope you’ll love your purchase, but if something isn’t quite right, please read our returns and refund terms below.
1. Returns Eligibility
We accept returns on non-custom items within 2 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:

Your item must be unused, and in its original packaging.

You must contact us first at hellobloomingunreal@gmail.com to request a return authorisation.
Once your return is approved, we’ll provide you with instructions on how and where to send your item, this will be at the buyers own expense unless faulty.
2. Custom & Made-to-Order Wreaths
Please note that custom, personalised, or made-to-order wreaths are non-refundable and cannot be returned, unless the item arrives damaged or faulty.
This includes any wreaths made to your specific design, size, colour, or material requests.
We always send confirmation or design details before creating custom items to ensure you’re happy with your order.
3. Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing hellobloomingunreal@gmail.com with:

A brief description of the issue

Clear photos of the damage or defect
We’ll review your claim promptly and offer a replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances.
4. Return Shipping Costs
Unless your item is faulty, you’ll be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item.
We recommend using a tracked postal service, as we cannot be held responsible for lost returns.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
5. Processing Your Refund
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll email you to confirm approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the refund.
6. Exchanges
We are happy to exchange non-custom wreaths if stock allows.
If you’d like to exchange for a different design, please contact us to arrange this before returning your item.
7. Sale Items
Only full-priced, non-custom items may be refunded.
Sale or discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.
