Processing Time

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 working days of purchase.
Please note that we do not ship on Sundays or public holidays.

During busy periods (such as Christmas, Mother’s Day, or special promotions), processing times may take a little longer. If this happens, we’ll do our best to keep you informed.

Shipping Carrier

We ship all orders using DPD for reliable, tracked delivery.
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your parcel’s progress.

Please note that DPD delivery lead times may vary depending on your location and any delays within their network.
