We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but this will not affect any confirmed orders.

Payments are processed securely through Wix Payments, PayPal, or other approved payment gateways. We do not store your payment card details.

Once you place an order, you’ll receive an email confirmation from us.
If we’re unable to fulfil your order for any reason (e.g. stock issues or a payment problem), we’ll contact you as soon as possible and issue a full refund if applicable.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if fraudulent or suspicious activity is suspected.

6. Shipping and Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within 1–2 working days, excluding Sundays and public holidays.
All orders are shipped via DPD, and delivery times may vary depending on your location and seasonal demand.

We want you to love your purchase!
If you’re not completely satisfied, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order to arrange a return or exchange.

Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resaleable condition.
Unless the item is faulty or damaged, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

8. Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.
We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
