Hire Period

The standard hire period covers the agreed event date only. Setup and pack down time does not reduce or affect the hire period.

 

Setup & Collection

Setup and pack down are included in the hire price unless otherwise stated. Access must be available at the agreed times to allow safe installation and collection.

 

If a venue requires late night or midnight collection, this may incur an additional charge. Any venue restrictions or specific collection requirements must be communicated at the time of booking.

 

Access Requirements

The client must ensure that suitable access is available for delivery, setup and collection. Adequate parking close to the setup location must also be available.

 

Setup Area

A safe, stable and suitable area must be provided for installation. The ground or flooring must be level to ensure the arch can be installed safely.

 

Movement of Equipment

Once installed, the arch must not be moved by guests, venue staff, or the client. If relocation is required, this must be carried out by us.

 

Decoration & Alterations

No nails, screws, staples, tape, glue or similar fixings may be used on the arch. If the arch is damaged due to unauthorised decorations or alterations, repair or replacement costs may be charged.

 

Weather (Outdoor Use)

For outdoor events, the arch must be positioned in a safe and sheltered location. In the event of high winds or unsafe weather conditions, we reserve the right to adjust the setup location or remove the arch for safety.

 

Damage, Loss or Theft

The client is responsible for the hired equipment from the time of setup until collection. Any damage, loss or theft during this period may result in repair or replacement charges.

 

Venue Permissions

It is the client’s responsibility to ensure the venue allows the use of hired equipment and that any venue rules or restrictions are followed.

 

Booking & Payments

A booking deposit may be required to secure the date. The remaining balance must be paid before the event date unless otherwise agreed.

 

Cancellations

If the event is cancelled, deposits are non-refundable. However, where possible we will try to accommodate a change of date subject to availability.
